10月04日 ～ 10月08日理事會議、協會新舊會長交接禮、協會督導授證、各協會督導委員會成立授證、檀教(講)師升等、新聘授證、馬來西亞新馬寺落成開光典禮、禪淨獻燈祈福等活動。

Activities

October 4-8： Directors Meeting, Handing Over Ceremony for Former and New Chapter Presidents, Certification for Chapter Elder Advisors, Certification for BLIA Elder Advisor Committees, Certification and Promotion Ceremony for BLIA Lay Dharma Lecturers, Malaysia’s Hsing Ma Temple Inauguration Ceremony, Chan and Pure Land Light-offering Ceremony

參加對象

• 當然代表：世界總會理事、主任委員、副主任委員、檀教（講）師、協會督導、協會會長。
• 代 表：
  1. 每個國家地區協會有3~5名代表。會員名額毎達100名，即能增加1名代表，以此類推，最高額以150名為限，中華總會200名。而參加之代表人員必須是世界總會核定發給會員卡者為準。
  2. 各協會輔導法師。
• 觀 察 員：以協（分）會之幹部、會員為主，名額為各協會不超過10名。

Participants

• Ex-officio Delegates： BLIA World Headquarters Directors, Committee Directors, Deputy
  　　 Committee Directors, Lay Dharma Lecturers/Teachers, Chapter Elder Advisors, and Chapter
  　　 Presidents
• Delegates：
  1. Three to five delegates per national/regional chapter, with one additional delegate per 100 members, up to a maximum of one hundred fifty (150) delegates. All delegates must have a valid membership card issued by BLIA World Headquarters.
  2. Monastic Advisors of chapters
• Observers： Officers and members of BLIA chapters and subchapters, but not to exceed ten (10)
  　　 observers per chapter.

參加費用

• 代表及觀察員：（備註：參加費含會議期間（5天4夜）的食宿。）
  1. 2017年7月31日前報名並繳費者，每人：USD 400元(新台幣12,000元)
  2. 2017年8月1~31日報名並繳費者，每人：USD 450元(新台幣13,500元)
  3. 2017年9月1日之後報名並繳費者，每人：USD 500元(新台幣15,000元)
• 世界理事會議期間住宿需要單人房者，須另支付費用USD300元(新台幣9,000元)。
• 參加理事會議，提前抵達或延後離開需要交通食宿安排者（自費），請事先向承辦聯絡處登記，以利大會作業。
• 凡報名參加取消者，恕不退費。

Fees

• Delegates & Observers：
  　　　(Remark： the above fees include accommodation (5 days-4 nights) during the meeting)
  1. US$400.00 if registered and paid in full by July 31, 2017
  2. US$450.00 if registered and paid in full during August 1~31, 2017
  3. US$500.00 if registered and paid in full from September 1, 2017
• An additional US$300 is required for a single room during the meeting.
• Participants arriving early or leaving late for the Directors Meeting are responsible for all
  　　 accommodation and transportation expenses themselves. Please notify the organizer of such
  　　 needs for ease of administration.
• No refund for cancellation after registration.

報名注意事項

• 報名日期：自2017年5月1日起，至2017年9月10日截止。
• 報名方式：採 網路報名
• 交通資訊：可由新加坡機場、吉隆坡機場，或轉機至新山士乃機場等三處出入境，每個地方都有接駁車。

  • 抵達機場：新加坡機場--必須通過2個海關

    1. 新 加 坡：團體(坐接駁車)每件行李須逐一拿下車做檢查。
    2. 馬來西亞：申請專用車道通行，不用檢查行李。
    提醒：進入新加坡或馬來西亞，護照若須簽證的國家地區，請於出國前事先辦好簽證，以利通關。

    ** 機場至新馬寺車程時間參考 約1小時至3小時(尖峰) **

  • 抵達機場：馬來西亞吉隆坡機場

    • 方案1：轉機至新山士乃機場，再搭接駁車前往。約2小時(含轉機)
    • 方案2：抵達後，直接改搭接駁車前往，不需檢查行李。(約4小時)
    • 方案3：可先會前旅遊，由吉隆坡往南部前往新馬寺。(視行程規劃)

• 各協會班機確認後，敬請盡快將「班機時間表」傳送至承辦聯絡處，以利大會交通接送。

Registration Deadline and Guidelines for Airport Transportation：

• 1. Registration starts on May 1 till September 10, 2017.
• 2. Please register online
• Transportation information： Transfer from Singapore Airport,
  　　 Kuala Lumpur Airport or to Senai Airport, Johor Bahru. There are shuttle services available
  　　 at each airport.
  　　 Pros and cons of the different airports and means of transportation are as follows：

  • Singapore Airport - Must go through Two Customs Checks

    1. Singapore： Tours on buses must unload each piece of luggage for inspection.
    2. Malaysia： Apply for special vehicle passage, there is no need for luggage inspection.
    Reminder：For entering Singapore or Malaysia, if visas are required for the passport issuing countries, please apply the required visas ahead of time for ease of entry at immigration.

    ** Travel Time from Airport to Hsing Ma Temple About 1 to 3 hours (peak) **

  • Kuala Lumpur Airport

    • Route 1：Take transfer to Senai Airport for the shuttle service(About 2 hours(including air transfer))
    • Route2：On arrival, take the shuttle service directly to the temple, there is no need for inspection.(About 4 hours)
    • Route3：Go for a tour first, then travel south from Kuala Lumpur to Hsing Ma Temple(Depending on Tour Schedule)

• After flights are confirmed, chapters are requested to send full flight information to the institution-in-charge as soon as possible for ease of transportation arrangements.
